I have no interest in F1 normally but switched on with 5 laps to go. Wow!

Awesome celebration by Hamiltons mechanics when the other one hit the wall.

What for ?

Lewis cut the chicane when side by side with Kimi. He gave the place back and took him at the next corner. Argument being he wouldnt have been close enough to pass at the next corner if he hadn't cut the chicane. The investigation has nothing to do with Ferrari either, the stewards decide what is and what is not investigated.

I see, difficult judgement to make, did he gain an advantage by the short cut, across the rough ground given that he was pushed wide by the Ferrari ?

I think, and hope the result stands, this is nothing compared to the strange cases of Germans ramming rivals in the past

I don't think he gained an advantage, for starters he was pushed wide! Plus Kimi had more momentum on the straight anyway as he passed Lewis there.

where can i watch highlights?

Later on ITV1 around 2215 i think. Great race to watch, Lewis showed what a great talent he is but my heart goes out to Kimi. Still a great driver and Lewis had no answer for his pace until the changeable conditions. It wouldnt surprise me if the FIA (Ferrari International Assistance) give Lewis a penalty though - and hand the win to Massa. Does anybody remember a certain Michael Schumacher relentlessley cutting a chicane 2 or 3 laps running a few years back and nothing got done about it?
