Totally agree with you. He's batted very badly in our tour. Ok in the tests he had some dubious LBW decisions, but to have a high score of 50 in the Ashes (247 runs in 10 innings), and 55 in the 1 day series (193 runs in 10 innings) is not great scoring.
I thought he should have been dropped from the starting 11 with Vaughan and Pietersen coming back, but he looks like he might have been saved with Loye being ditched.
