Just type your Cv up and make half a dozen appointments with Employment agencies. Lloyds Registrars are always recruiting so you should be able to get something in there. Reed deal with them.

With your condition tho, stay away from high volume data input stuff as it will make it worse. Try to get a role with a more varied workload so you are not putting strain on the same joints all the time
