Just far enough away from LDC
Controversially, if Bolton are looking at him that would mean in 6 months he's scored the winner at Old Trafford, played in a cup semi and benefited from a transfer to the Premier League. In the words uttered to George Best when found in a hotel room, in bed with Miss World, drinking champagne and surrounded by 20k he'd won in a casino the night before 'where did it all go wrong?'

I don't believe anything on the football rumours usite about transfers, unless its a direct press quote, but the post from the Palace fans who have heard other palace fans talkingMurray being unhappy, plus some of our own distinguished NSC regulars saying the same "unhappy" thing does make it interesting.

There must be some truth in that much anyhow.

Poor Old Muzza, stuck with the scum

Well he still lives in Brighton - doesn't he ? - Must be a bind commuting up to that dump. Can't see him coming back but you never know.

I should imagine that he would have loved to have played at the Amex infront of full houses every game. He obviously likes the Amex as he's scored more goals there than most of our strikers

Whilst I would love Glenn back Gus would never ever ever EVER sign him again as that would be ADMITTING a mistake and as we know Gus is a STUBBORN old so and so. Sometimes TOO stubborn.

The only mistake made was the one by Murray who whored himself out to the highest bidder for months and months of complete misery.

The last post on the BBS thread does have a ring of truth though , a Bolton club official wouldn't be seen dead near Smellhurst.

While he hasn't exactly had the onion bag bulging so far this season, with Palace 90 minutes away from a Wembley final and on the fringes of the play offs, I'd doubt he'd be too disatisfied with the way their season is going. Then again, he is 'apparently' a complex individual. Who knows.

I'm surprised that he hasn't put in a written transfer request by now.
