I think it's neither - nice guys that are too nice can just become suffocating. My friend's boyfriend currently phones every 5 minutes, and then if she doesn't reply he'll actually come round the house. No-one wants to date a complete bastard, but the challenge is good sometimes!!

Lack of confidence is a major turn-off for women, so probably not then.

I was aware you are gay, probably wouldn't have put the dig in otherwise.
As a matter of interest, did you ever pursue women? I know a lot of gay men do, if only because they are conditioned so to do by the straight world. If so, did they suss you out? I think they are more perceptive than we give them credit for!
I did have some experiences with women, but they were all when I was too young to understand/accept my sexuality.
A lot of women prefer it up the ass, but wont let on !
