He certainly offers a different threat. Otherwise we're playing with dwarves up front or untried players like CKR and Turi.

Yes, we do... Trolley would be an ideal partner for Knight, especially with the amount of excellent crosses coming in from Carole & Frutos.

Yes, today showed our weakness - no-one with even the slightest bit of physical presence in attack

One thing for sure:

We will not miss McGhee.

You quite simply can NOT judge a manager one one game.

Suggest some better managers who we can afford, and who would do a better job on the poxy budget we have.

McGhee may be going through a shit patch, but there's a lot worse out there.

Graham Rix anyone?:glare:

We played well I thought wehn Jakey and Leon were on, attacking wise at least. If we had McCammon on we'd just be hoofing it to no effect.

How about 31 games, 3 wins?

exactly....so therefore you bring on a big guy who is going to give you some ooomph up front and hopefully hold the ball up......which CKR patently is incapable of doing.

In a division that only about 3 of our players should be in, in all honesty. We get beat by Palace and you walk in demanding the manager is sacked!! Jesus Christ, today was one of our better peformances in recent games.

Come on then, if you want McGhee sacked, suggest someone better...

And McCammon is? Memory going? :lolol:

Leon Knight is the best striker we have for holding up the ball. ???

Personally I now regret the decision not to sign Iwelumo in the summer.
