True. Who cares whether they're amazing or pants in qualifying. They only need to qualify. It's when they meet Germany or Portugal in a knock-out that it matters and in my memory we've come out losers everytime. They need to stop bricking it on the big stage.

England were absymal. No offence to these teams but England playing teams like Bulgaria and Wales are the equivalent of Brighton playing Aldershot and Torquay in League 2 and playing terribly. We may only need to scrape wins, but these are world class players and we never step it up for the big tournaments, shown in the drivel that was our World Cup 2010 campaign.

Because our players aren't getting paid at least 60k a week and have a manager who gets about 180k a week! That performance wasn't good enough, but at least we got the 3 points.

Ramsey and Bale were trying their hardest for the Welsh. Nasri and Malouda killed us when we played France.
The common thread is the English setup is wrong.

The reason we won't beat Spain/Holland/Brazil/etc in the big tournaments at the moment is we're not as good as them. But a relatively inexperienced Welsh team dictated the play against us second half and should have got at least a point. Poor
