The man is obviously trying to convince other clubs that he is not afraid of making big decisions.What he has done is proove that he has no idea how to manage a team.His idea of managing a player is to humiliate him on tv.
Having done that to his goalkeeper he will now have installed a fear factor into the team.The players will now be more concerned about not making a mistake rather than doing what comes naturally.
Also his actions will make players think twice about coming to play for him.
