I don't see how a comparison can be made simply with or without Richards as there are so many other factors. Like the fact that for the latter part of the season we actually had a good strike partnership after Murrays arrival which coincided with Richards run in the team. To suggest he made the sole difference on points gained is very debatable?

Richards played 15 league games before the Murray transfer and 13 afterwards.

W7 D7 L1 @1.87 per game
After Murray signed
W8 D2 L3 @ 2 per game
I agree that stats can be misleading, but however you dress it up, we were a better team with him in the side.

I just can't see David allowing it ... not while he's actually shagging his missus. Maybe while he's in the other room with the new PA, or that basketball cheerleader he was giving the eye to, but the Beckham-Posh Spice-Livermore threesome just seems rather improbable.
