Some of you are completely insane. There is NO way Adams will be thinking of playing Lynch at left back.
Hawkins has barely played in his career and will perform a similar role to that of Butters this season. If he gets in and does well i'm sure he'll get a chance but he won't be first choice over a fit Lynch and Elphick.

Lynch might well be deployed at left back - I think a bit of experience at the back can only be a good thing plus it sorts out the problem full-back slot

He didnt show too well playing as a central defender last season in fact he didnt show too well playing anywhere, so where do people get this idea that he is better than Elphick from. Elphick appearred to be more than capable in this division, whether or not he would make it in a higher one is debatable.

Can we please stop all this Lynch for left back, he is central defender is comfortable in that position has played his best football in that position while at left back he has looked uncomfortable and alters the dynamic of the team because he does not attack and get crosses in. Decent 3 at the back Adam El (if he stays ) and Whingy ideal back ups, but u could also make a decent back 4 out of the 5 of them.
