There was of course the Macdonalds in south wales, near Llanelli i believe a few years ago they found a good way of keeping there burgers moist, an on duty policeman stopped to get a chicken burger (or whatever they are called) and couldnt understand why the back room staff were laughing so much, so he decided to take his chicken burger back to the station and have all the contents analysed, the results proved that the Mayo had large amounts of Human Semen in it, which coincidentally matched the young guy who was responsible for making up the burgers etc.

So there is one way of keeping the chicken moist i suppose !!!!   :p :lolol: :p :lolol:

I think this belongs in the hoax email thread :lolol:

My own love affair with the 'Cheekster' ended a couple of years back on New Years Eve. In urgent need of food to soak up imminent barrel loads of beer, I stopped off early evening en route to the pub. However, ordering a chicken kebab turned out not to be wise.... clearly the big Doner thing on the spit was only just in the first few minutes of cooking, ready to reach its full delicious, juicy grilled self as the post-pub hordes arrived.

I was, approximately, 5 hours too early.

This didn't stop the guy behind the counter serving me up the full kebab.... smothering it in the usual mayo etc, and folding it tightly. Fortunately, I had a good rummage around before taking the first bite.... correct me if I'm wrong, but well-cooked chicken does not bleed profusely.

Upshot - one binned kebab. KFC next time.

I used to visit said establishment in my late teens after playing snooker at the sadly now closed Castle Club. It was not called Cheeky Chicken at that point but layout and menu were practically the same. They used to do a delihtful 'chicken and rib' combo for little over £3 which was filling for the best part of 24 hours.

I am sorry to hear about the fillet burger experience and hope it was merely an off-night, rather than a downward spiral to oblivion.
