A good yardstick for Austin would be Brett Pitman. He went for way less than a million.
Swindon fans don't get your hopes up (a certain Bobby Zamora went for £1.5 when people were spending SILLY money. If you think you're going to get 2mill plus you're insane) and Albion fans don't get your hopes up of signing him (it won't happen).
