Ok Green Days latest album may not rick everyones boat, but for those of you who haven't heard "Dookie" or "Kerplunk" you realy should make the effort. Just think it's about time they got some of the recognition they deserve. Of course we all have our own opinions, but personally they are superb. Also just got back from The Darkness gig tonight and they were very good although the BC really doesn't aid anyone as a venue.

Well said. Personally I still haven't forgiven Madonna for the Hand of God incident in Mexico '86. Fat Argie git - don't know what Guy Ritchie sees in him.

Here we go again, all the music snubs coming out and slating anything that is liked by the masses. This is the Brits Awards FFS, of course the most popular and succesful acts are going to win. If you after something else then sod off to the NME awards or maybe the Q Magazine awards. Just because something is popular doesn't make it shit (except James Blunt of course).

There is also an album but a band called Whitey entitled 'THe Light at the end of a tunnel is a train'. It's wicked but I thought nobody knew about it until I saw it made the 30's in the Observer's top 100 list.
