We’re never going to be immune to being countered so it will happen, especially in games when we’re really pushing on.
Regarding your first point, I think it would be easier if we had one or two players that had anything that resembled pace.

Of course, but I think we really do ourselves a disservice by hanging onto the ball longer than we should. Makes it a lot easier for the opposition to defend when we take 3 second to make a pass.

I actually don't think pace is that integral, I just think they need to be sharper with the passing and movement.
