Very true. I was thinking along the lines of a fixed jail term, and not just a third and scot free. Then an open prison and get them doing something useful and make them realise that society will not tolerate them.

The smarmy look on that guys face when he shouted to the meridian cameraman and threatened to do what he did to the leed fans. You have to wonder whether he is salvageable.
