Still think I'd prefer 2 of our challengers dropping 2 points each rather than one dropping 3 points and one gaining 3 points.

I am with that. I don't want Cardiff in the play-offs though. They are boring.

A draw is definitely the best result in the psychological battle that is the play off race.

When teams around us play each other any result works for us to some extent. No result in this would have disappointed me. 0-0 would have been the best though.

Cool so the furthest we can drop by the close of play Tuesday is 5th... is there Wednesday games without me searching?

Nope.

Birmingham also play a week on Tuesday, then everyone is on the same games.

Championship at this time last season:

Cardiff City 2010-2011 English League Championship Table - statto.com

Leeds United beat rivals Forest 4-1- and then went went five w/o win to get only 8 points from the remaining games and missed out. It is conceivable that the Albion will only get 9 points giving 71 pts and when I think we will need at least 12 points from 7 games.

Forest then won five out of 7 giving them 15 pts from the remaining games.

We have Burnley away. Could we win there? After Middlesbrough (H) and before Reading (H). Burnley's current form is the worst in the Championship over the last six games.
