No no no no no no no no no no no no no no Nogan.

I was absolutely gutted when we sold him. :(

He was good for a season or two. After seeing him at parties though I was amazed that he could play football with the things he used to get up to and wasn't suprised when his career went downhill.

A bit gutted, as you say, but not surprised.

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
But he had gone off the BOIL when we did and hadn't SCORED in ages

True, but I thought his goals were just around the corner and then Burnley came in for him. I was a young, naive and impressionable 14 year old when he left. One goal in every two starts is a pretty good record, despite his barren patch towards the end.

I know it was only for a short time but I remember really rating Paul Dickov.

So do I. I was stewarding when he was at Brighton and he was out very early match days practicing his shooting. He would wellie them as hard as he could into the top corners - very rarely missed but I suppose it a bit easier with no defence. Still bloody impressive though.
