Oooooh OPERATION WOLF! Nice one!

I liked the SIMPSONS and TURTLES games, which were basically both the same button bashing BRILLIANCE.

Also I remmebr being at Butlins or summat and constantly asking for more money to play COMMANDO, an overhead shooter thing.

Also there was a Ninja game which had a black bit over half the screen becuase it was deemed too violent for small kids so I had to stand on a stool to be able to see the screen.

They do NOT make them like that any more.

Simpsons and Turtles, simple but quite addictive and fast

I think the Ninja one you are referring to could be the orignal Ninja Gaiden

Excellent thread.

I've always hated fruit machines but must have binned thousands in these machines. Some bloody good examples so far. What about:

Over the years Virtua Tennis has probably taken the most off me. Back in the day the star wars machines got my pocket money.
Virtua tennis has always been a favorate of mine aswell. At home and abroad. I never bloody completed it though. I did get to the final once and lost in straight sets.
