When they'd had most renewals in and paid for months ago, have known the fixtures since the middle of June and have known the new sponsors for long enough-why does the ticket office wait until the season has started to send out the bulk of season tickets? Surely it would be so much easier on the Ticket Office staff (and their customers) to start processing them as soon as all details are available.

On the other side of the story, just as the ticket office were preparing to send out the Season tickets, then club announced Team Stripes and Gullys Gang.

So the 2 people working there had to send out these packs as well as season tickets. They 2 took on 2 extra staff, who did the job without knowing how much they were getting paid or when

And so far I have not received my season ticket or my kids gullys gang membership packs either.

The club uses a mailing house to send out season tickets and therefore relies on information from the mailing house regarding when the tickets were actually posted. From my similar experiences, the mailing house information is not always 100% reliable. That said, you would think that tickets ought to have been sent out earlier.

My 2 kids got theirs on Saturday. Mine yet to arrive and it was part of the same transaction. I presume they have prioritised the kids packs.
