There is a paucity of Albion-related international activity lined up for Tuesday:-

Andrew Moran may get a run-out with the Republic of Ireland senior squad as they host Hungary in a friendly in Dublin (before he joins up with the ROI U-21 squad).

Trouble is his fine performance has got Eintracht Frankfurt twitter frothing at the thought of signing him. That treacherous dickwad Potter will probably sell him to Palace the way things are going.

I watched German game. Gross played well but Brighton habit of shooting over bar. Thought Undav looked very dangerous in box when he came on

Flashscore have gone for a familiar looking sight for their headline photo for the Germany friendly.

From a German football blog ...

Meister of the Match: Pascal Groß

Groß carried Germany’s game today and it was more than clear he deserved to win Man of the Match from the get go. The Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder was the best player on the pitch by far. If his teammates played the football that he did, today’s game would not have ended in a goalless draw. Groß had the most passes on the pitch, created big chances, took some big shots, and made a big impact in Germany’s defensive half. Groß seemed to be everywhere on the pitch, and he no doubt deserves to be Julian Nagelsmann’s first choice midfielder.

Pardew on TS saying Dunk is a ‘certain starter’ if Slabhead isn’t fit
But, but, but.... Palace fans on Fascist Twitter say Guehi was as good as Dunk last night and any neutral would pick Guehi in front of Dunk every time (they may be slightly deluded at this time).
One of them made the (obviously very valid) point that Guehi kept giving the ball away because of Dunk's poor positioning.

Andrew Moran is not in the Republic of Ireland squad for tonight's friendly, so we will have to wait until tomorrow for more Albion-related international activity:-

On Wednesday we could see a couple of Albion players in action:-

Yasin Ayari was called up to the senior Sweden squad (having originally been named in the U-21s squad) and could feature in a friendly against Denmark in Copenhagen.

Goalkeeper Steven Hall is with the Australia U-20 squad for a mini tour of South America. He'll be hoping to be involved in a friendly against Uruguay in Montevideo.

Yasin Ayari is on the bench for the Swedes against Denmark. 1-1 at half-time.

I believe the Australia U-20 match in Uruguay was played a few hours ago but, so far, I have not a clue about the score or line-ups.

I noticed Cucurella came on as a second half sub for Spain tonight- is that his first full cap ?

Also Trossard scores a stoppage time penalty for Belgium - is that his first international goal ?

It is Cucurella's second cap. His first came shortly before he joined us, when some of the Spanish squad contracted Covid and the U-21s were used to play a senior international instead.

Trossard has scored a number of goals for Belgium, including multiple goals while an Albion player. In fact he scored two goals in an international at least twice while with us.

On Thursday there could be activity for four Albion players:-

Abdallah Sima is with the Senegal squad as they host DR Congo in a CAF Group B World Cup qualifier.

Tariq Lamptey could also be in World Cup (CAF Group I) qualifying action as Ghana travel to Mali.

Bart Verbruggen and the Netherlands host Canada in Rotterdam in a friendly.

Bart's training companion Tom McGill will probably be sat on the bench for Canada in the same friendly; he has previously been an unused substitute for the Canadians on eight occasions but this is his first call-up in 2023-24.
