It's the away kit, so why wouldn't you wear it away from home.

Plus as mentioned, we have not lost in the league away from home wearing it. It is also very distinctive.

think the new stock are no longer iron on sponsor logo - well my 8 yr olds isn't iron on

I heard that there was such a delay in getting the sponsor signed up that they had to go ahead and get the original batches of shirts (adult) delivered without the logo - they then had to manually iron on the patches on thousands of them. They are all now being produced in Italy with logos preprinted.

We've not lost in our home kit either!

I don't see it makes any difference what kit we wear away from home.

The shirts would have had to have been made for the Eastbourne game so you may be right there. The home shirts weren't worn for another couple of weeks

That is hard to argue with as it is very distinctive and being flouescent the players can pick each other out very easily.
