To be really contraversial (Right spelling??) I would put Greer and El-Abd as the pairing. I would assume Greer to be of the same quality as Elphick but i'm sure his distribution would be far better.

I once ear-wigged a conversation between Dean Wilkins and his mate and heard him say say that Adam El-Abd was the first name he put on the team sheet each week. So Gus isn't the only manager to think highly of him.
