Terraces? My recollection of Edgar Street is that I was stuck in what felt more like a hole in the ground behind the goal. It was almost impossible to see anything - apart from the bloke on the railing.

Not that this was a game that merited attention to the finer points of football skills.

I've just read through that - it brings the fear flooding back!!

That game has gone into Albion folklore, but it was a horrible game to be at. Couldn't really see the game, but what I did see of it, well it wasn't skill.

I think the only time that I really enjoyed myself was at the final whistle and we were celebrating in the stands. Wonderwall was being played to entertain us whilst the Police got rid of the home support. Funny now that whenever I hear that song, and I have always liked it, but for that game and moment I like it even more.
