Why would they need to call you back, you already pointed out your grievance.

When I kept getting quoted the wrong price, and that was trying from Thursday to Sunday at various different times, I rang the company and the message said that due to very high call volumes they couldnt take the call but if I wished I could leave my number and somebody would call me back. They didnt do this and werent aware of what my call wa in relation to.
