I agree with Holding. He knew he was on thin ice having accumulated enough points previously for similar incidents. As a one off it looks like nothing much, but that's not really the point.

This - it's a totting up ban, not a ban for that celebration, he's been a bit of an idiot. It's the second time he's been banned like this too. Whether the 'offence' yesterday warranted a demerit point is questionable maybe, but sure his previous was taken into account.
