Interestingly Babycham were the first company to use glass nucleation, by scoring the glass so co2 bubbles rise. Now common on all lager glasses in the UK

For some strange reason 3 aunties back in the 70's all had this hideous picture on their walls. As a child the skin tone reminded me of the aliens in the classic 70's SciFi show UFO!

Some homes I work in have many old style ornaments, I saw you mentioned the horse brass. I went to a job last week and there was loads of these decorating the walls.

70s ornaments are alive and well in the Newhaven, Peacehaven and Seaford area.

Some even made it more elaborate and ornate by adding a wooden pelmet and fluorescent light above it, or maybe it was just my Dad.

The rented flat my partner and I lived in before we bought our current place had carpeted bathrooms when we moved out 18 months ago.

It was my first and last experience of them - awful idea, god knows how it ever caught on.
