As well as the guy in the seagull oufit, did anyone else see the Peregrine Falcon fly up into the West Stand at about 4.30? It must spend the night there.
Wales is full of brilliant castles. One of my favourites is Carreg Cennen though it would probably take you a month of Sundays to get there by train.

I've stopped going to the Double Header mainly because 50% of the fans in the stadium have little interest in what's happening at the time. I prefer it when my team (Quins) is on first so I can watch them and then go home. It's a bit like Brighton playing Palace at Wembley with the stadium half...
I doubt that the pitch will get torn to shreds especially as the group stages will be played in September. In any case, ground sharing with London Irish didn't prevent Reading from getting promotion to the Premiership so can't see why it's a problem. Personally I'd be very happy to see a couple...
I have a gut feeling it could happen and that a certain Glenn Murray could play a significant part in the outcome. Imagine the carnage if he popped up and scored the winning goal.....
Presumably Stephen Dobbie would not be eligible to play?
I gave up teaching in 2002 aged 44 and have been self-employed since. It was the best decision I ever made so it's worth considering if you've got skills that you can offer. The only downside is that it can take a while to become established and get regular work.
Heard on the radio today that rather than give up drinking for the whole of January it's better to have 2-3 dry days a week. The problem with abstaining for a month is that you are likely to drink more heavily afterwards to make up for it.
I wasn't aware that I said that I was bothered by homophobic abuse. My point was that the interview with Liz Costa rather than raising the issue of homophobic abuse could actually result in it becoming more prevalent if away fans get wind of what was said.
My comment was about how some teenagers might perceive her and was not intended as personal abuse. If you scroll back through the thread you will find a lot more unpleasant things that have been said about her.....
If you want to attract younger people I don't think having Liz Costa as your media rep will help. Its unlikely that any teenagers would be listening to Radio Sussex but if they saw a picture of her and heard what she said I can imagine the response would be along the lines of 'Who's that old bag...
Which a few football supporters probably are if their antics are anything to go by....
I have no knowledge of the workings of the Supporters' club committee (perhaps its transparent and wholly above board) though have been on committees myself so know how some of them work. I've been to...
Stating that 50% of Albion fans are gay just reinforces the view held by some away fans that we are all homosexuals thus increasing the potential for more homophobic use. If Liz Costa is the voice of the Supporters' club why would I want to join? Even if I did try and vote her off, chances are...
By making such a stupid and unfounded statement, surely she's just playing into the hands of the away fans who once they get wind of this will have even more reason to continue with the homophobic abuse...
