My wife’s family had one, Saturday it had gone, looks like they have moved some around but not others we were going to email the club as well.

[Brighton] Roy Grace coming to ITV next year

I know they take liberties when filming books but this is a completely different story isn’t it?

[Albion] Strong wind and heavy rain forecast tomorrow.

I couldn’t remember the date but have always remembered buying a program at Bournemouth, putting in inside my winter coat and when I got it out in the car back home there was a hole through the whole middle of it, I have never got so soaked.

    [Albion] Fans Forum

I mentioned this a while back, the university need the money and the rugby pitch at the front is not used very often. There are also the demolished university buildings going down the hill directly next to the Amex which could be used for a hotel, offices etc

[Football] Euros 2024 - Semi Final - Netherlands vs England

Has there even been such a big England game with so little excitement. We put some England flags up at the start of the tournament for the kids really but I have only seen one other flag up where we live. Today at work not one person has mentioned the game, almost forgot it was on.

    [Albion] New proposed fan zone

I believe in the next few years they are looking to build on the embankment by the East Stand, this was initially in the original Amex plans I think to be used by a college at the time.

    [Albion] Bennett's Field

Right next to the ground Brighton University have a strip of land that is virtually derelict, there is the Hive Bar and a caretakers office and thats it, the rest is empty with no immediate plans to do anything with it, the university are short of cash, if the club bought that land there is more...

[News] Royal Mail household delivery service.

I can’t prove it as I am not in all the time but I am convinced we only get 3 deliveries a week anyway so can’t see any difference.

    [Help] Garage door repairers

Something seemed to snap on ours a couple of years ago, a company called Elite Garage doors said we needed a new door and frame, think they quoted £800-£900. Thought we had better get a second quote, a company in Barcombe came out said one of the pins had snapped, very apologetic said they had...

    [Albion] Stadium tour

We went a few weeks ago and didn’t see it but for £40 for a family of four the tour lasted about an hour and 40 minutes it was excellent.

[Albion] Brighton & Hove Albion vs Olympique de Marseille *** Official Match Thread ***

Different seat today, there is a guy in block G in the North Stand getting everyone in front to sit down, not a tourist which be ok but turns out he is a season ticket holder, why not sit in any other part of the ground, it’s one of the biggest games in our history I don’t get it.

    [Albion] New proposed fan zone

It looks great and and would be a massive improvement on what is already there although looking at the space I think it’s going to be a lot smaller than what people are expecting.

    [Albion] North Stand Shelf advice

I have just got a ticket for the Ajax game in N2B, it’s the only part of the ground I have never been to but seems quite good for the price. I saw one post where somebody said you can walk down to the main North Stand concourse to get a drink but another says they have their own outlet but as...

[Albion] Ground extensions - that old chestnut!

First train to Brighton after the game 3 carriages, 2nd one 4 carriages, for a stadium built with public transport in mind there is no way it could cope with a larger capacity.

    [Politics] Cost of Living Crisis

Our shopping bill is up 20% and with gas and petrol increases I’m not sure how inflation is only 10%.

According to the Daily Mail ambulances could catch fire, don’t they have them in hot countries.

[Brighton] Roy Grace coming to ITV next year

I’m not sure about the casting for Norman Potting, I like the actor but doesn’t look anything like I imagined.

[Albion] The waning power of Fortress Amex

But why so many empty seats. There will always a few thousand especially for night games but more and more people seem to be buying tickets and then not turning up. Nice day today, decent kick off time, reasonable opposition with a decent chance to win after a few decent away performances but...
