Have you not heard about "ramp up for rain" event. It's the reason we had to give our mobile number to the club. At some time in June as soon as it starts to rain the club will send out a text and anybody in the area flash mob style will go to the ground and sit in their seats to see who gets wet
I would guess that the only place guaranteed to stay dry is WSU, even then they may get a bit wet wind and size of raindrop dependent.
And the fact that there has been a web cam for all winter would give you a fair idea of what gets wet and what doesn't.
