And it looks like the newly written one (is it a one off?) has the old gang in it, Nigel Planer anyway! The writers used to be, and forgive/correct me if I'm wrong, Ben Elton, Rik Mayall, Richard Curtis to name but three. Are they the writers of this too?

Something does confuse me however Falmer. If these people had predicted these 2012 events because it was 5000 and whatever years ahead, did they have 365 day years? I could be wrong but I am sure that is a relatively new way of calculating years? Or did they predict the change in length of years...

On what have posted alone falmer... the weather goes in cycles, it's scientific and the ecology of this planet. Animals have always attacked humans, in fact probably less so now than back in the days of the Neanderthals. Brixton 1981, riots and disorder that spread through the country. UFO...

Our yearly calendar is based on a fictional figure being born anyway, so we could call this year whatever we like, or any year for that fact!
