one-offs
QUOTE:
"Both Eastbourne Borough v Lewes at Christmas attracted capacity crowds - Lewes 2,800, Eastbourne 3,300. Yes, they're one-offs, but with bigger clubs coming to the Pan, there will be more 'one-offs' "
How many "" does it take to no longer be a one-off ?
What do you mean by "if any"? Some Albion fans would still travel if the final was at Mansfield! As to how many, well, a final at a nearby resort on a Bank Holiday Monday would surely attract hundreds of fans - expect a 4-figure attendance.
There are regular reports available online from Yorkshire Radio, which is actually based at Elland Road; indeed, I think it is run by Ken Bates. They have also taken Leeds Utd commentary rights away from BBC Radio Leeds for next season.
Would somebody listening in Sussex whose radio is near their landline allow me to ring them up and listen in to second half commentary, please? It won’t cost you a penny; just text or send four “rings” to 07947 595791 and I’ll call you back. Thanks
If you mean Withdean Wanderer should be at the match, then maybe he can't afford the unrealistic prices or doesn't want to sit in a blizzard in the open for 2 hours. Oh-and we are at home today, so I don't think he'd be heading down the m23 would he?
