not whingy surely! he's had a poor season, overall.
forster gets my vote. he should have won this last season (tommy should have been young player of the year) nicky was superb all last season, a cut above.
he hasn't been anyway near as good this season but is still the pick of the bunch.
he spends a lot of time in spain. straight answer? do you mean how do i know he makes the decisions... i've been involved with various commercial projects working with the albion over the years so have got some insight into the workings of the club. i may be wrong of course. perhaps his...
spot on. this is exactly why this season has been so painful. watching our own home-grown lads replaced by journey men on fatter wages who offer nothing more but care less. they were OURS and they took us to seventh last season.
he didn't act in the best interests of the club last year so for that reason, its time to say goodbye.
i'm not sure how anybody can say the club is well run. the bits we get to experience like ticketing, marketing, communication, the website etc, are years behind similar sized clubs. the club...
kuipers - 3 - bit dodgy.
whing - 4 - yes he cares but he can't pass the ball. gives away possession cheaply
elphick - 4 - see above
virgo - 5 - see above... but 1 extra point for scoring
borrowdale - 6 - decent game. looks ok with possession, dealt with robson-kanu(?) well
cox - 6 - looked...
too right. a much better manager then slade in my view.
both swindon and orient were about level on points with us down the bottom at one stage this season and both took the right steps. sack the boss and give the new guy plenty of time (including a transfer window) to change things. both are...
i don't think slade has improved us much, not really. its still a mess. wilson beat slade hands down yesterday, his team come out for the second half and blew us away. whatever changes danny made they worked. at 3.1 down slade dismantles the diamond to try and stem the tide... but we then...
dean saunders for me. has been excellent at wrexham and he comes across on the radio as somebody who likes proper passing football.
hopefully we're about to catch fire... but so far slade hasn't set the world alight. he hasn't really has he? overall we're still struggling along, different...
pretty sure pinxto people has shut down. it was nice but overpriced. food for friends is very good, don't be put off becuase its vegetarian, lovely food, good service, nice place.
i use southern most days to get to work. i think they're doing a pretty good job of things. trains i use are almost always on time, i can always get a seat, clean and comfortable, seems okay to me.
biggest issue i have is with the metro and the argus lite freebies littering the trains. its a...
looks like a grim 0.0 to me. two poor sides battling and scrapping but not really getting anywhere.
out of interest, does anybody know who hereford are playing after us?
i saw the run lola run with the bays as well. i know what you mean, it was a bit disjointed but i still thought it worked really well. the tension in the film was nicely articulated through the music.
also helped that the bays are immense and the film is a cracker!
these things only realy...
withdean is no worse for atmosphere than most other grounds in league 1. to blame the fans is just silly. most people were very very patient with adams. even those people who were upset to see wilkins sacked and then replaced by adams gave the team and manager their complete backing.
actually...
i agree. good player but his fitness record is shocking and he's not getting any younger. 300k would be about right... if that 300k is then invested back into the squad. 300k buys you 2 or 3 top players in league 2!
