To post sir!
I'm loving this season anyway, don't need much encouragement to start getting all excited about a trip to our new home! Massive wall of noise... as it has been so far at all home games (except perhaps hull which was a bit flat)!
Lua Lua's been poor this season, when he's played. Starting with the donny game before he came off. Also as someone else has mentions, he offers zero defensive cover. Perhaps against better, quicker fullbacks, he can't get himself that space he needs to go past players - he was great against...
This. Millwall away a few years ago somebody got right in my grill and started shouting this friggin super weird but massively unpleasant abuse involving aids, kids, something about immigrants and something really obscure involving women from Africa (if my memory serves me correctly), really...
If general sale tickets were available in the North Stand or the West Upper, i don't think we'd be getting so much of this. The West Lower seems to be a mix of old duffers who haven't been for years (and it's great they are coming along, by the way - not complaining) and people buying one-off...
This is becoming a worrying trend. For the first few games i thought the stewards were excellent, really low key and relaxed just like they should be. Consequently, the atmosphere was superb (and the team responded... we used to win games back then). For example, at the blackpool game a couple...
good stuff sir. amazing the amount of moaning on here - apparently some people got a bit wet waiting for a bus. well some of us spent 12 seasons getting soaked at withdean and are now officially loving life at The Amex win lose or draw!
Overall i think the transport systems are WORKING WELL. I really do. I've used trains and buses, and although yes it takes a little longer than we're used to, it's mainly okay. Having said that, i don't park and ride, and i sounds like that isn't exactly perfect yet.
One point... it seems odd...
there are loads of places to park within 30 mins of the ground... if you factor in jumping on a bus for a bit of the journey. or park down the lewes road a bit and walk. there's really no need at all to annoy the club/residents/fellow fans etc.
There's a pub on the outskirts of Haywards Heath that is one of those family friendly pubs, like a harvester but way worse, with an indoor kids play area, kids food, large car park, large garden for charging around in etc.
i know that's a little way from Creepy, but at least you'll be in proper...
actually i've moved from Hove now, i live in Brighton so takes me about 10 mins to get to the ground on the train.
sorry for jumping down your throat - it did sound like a bit of a moan though mate to be honest
Is somebody really complaining because they can't go out of the ground at half time and then come back in? Deary me... of course you can't leave the ground, have you never been to a football stadium before!
As for the concourse complaint... how many grounds open up all the bars on all the...
