I think its the difference between the views of those who watch the team home and away to those that don't. Away matches last season were dire and not enjoyable. I didn't go to Newcastle but still watched it. IMO Watford and Man City were enjoyable away experiences despite what the final results...
Margin of error, it is a fact that technology is reliant on frames of a recording which cannot be 100% accurate so there currently has to be a + or - when the on-field decision is not changed.

Problem is they will record the event on their go-pro's that mummy or daddy bought them for their birthdays to prove they love them and the truckers will get arrested. Hopefully though the go-pros and phones might get crushed under the truck wheels first.
