Emails which are encrypted by Outlook are often rejected by BTinternet email address and BT won't do anything to sort it out so maybe there isn't plenty the club can do
I agree with the first past but for "building" materials I don't think 4 weeks is unreasonable, IMO it would be unreasonable to open packaging as it puts the items at risk of damage

Its easy for home games, when your ticket is scanned at the turnstile it confirms attendance so points are given, if you buy a ticket and don't turn up, you don't get the points.
