I'd agree with the team and manager being the biggest factor. Any new stadium with a roof would be a step up from Withdean for the fans, it's Poyet and the quality and success of the team that is attracting the high number of STH. In my opinion like.

The seats really don't look very wide do they, much narrower than Withdean, going to be squashed up against my neighbours good and proper. I'm a bit disappointed really, thought we were being treated to luxury at the Amex. Guess that's the reserve of the people with all the money in 1901 though...
