Sometimes special covers are produced by roups or organisations to commerate events dear to them, suchas the original Goldstone envelope.
The stamps are not special issues but standard for teh time of issue.

The Collectors Society are issuing a limited edition Commemorative Cover to recall the final match at the Goldstone.
It should be available from the Club Shop shortly though not sure of the price.

Apparently the pub may be up for sale,if this is right, the the new landlord may not want it,so hope the lads want it back.
If not maybe the clubs Collectors & Historians Society may be able to help preserve it for falmer
I understand that the clock from the Goldstone is in pub in Bexhill, anyone know how it got there.

I will be renewing (of course) but I am sure it would help others if the club would do payment by Direct Debit or standing order for those who cant afford to pay in one go.
They dont, claiming it is administravly to difficult to trace "cancelled payments" , but funny the Cricket Club manage...
