Does anyone know the answer to this query? My work mobile is on O2 but have no signal so have forwarded calls to my personal mobile which is on Vodafone. Who pays for the forwarding part? Don't care if its charged to work mobile but don't want any charges on personal account. Thanks in advance!

About 2pm ish yesterday I drove along the A23 towards Lewes and there was a Silver Transit van parked in the lay-by before the flyover. With the van was a guy and a huge camera type device aimed right at the stadium. Wonder who he was?
