Problem is, it's not just slowing me down (I sort of expect that in the winter), it's completely stopping me. We went to Friston forest a while back and it was just a waisted journey, we were actually pedalling hard going downhill.
I've got a nice hardtail in the shed which has been in bits for...
Don't post in this thread much as you guys only ever go on about road bikes, which isn't really my thing, but even I have been hitting the tarmac in recent weeks just to keep up my fitness. The local trails are now virtually unrideable, I tried Stanmer woods yesterday and I spent half the time...
Just got back from sledging in Stanmer park with my lad. We bought the sledge 3 years ago and that's the first time we have used it.. Great fun and just about enough snow ..:clap2:
Have you rescanned? I know they have been messing around with their transmitters. I've never been able to listen to Radio Sussex on DAB until recently. It's really strong now..
As someone who was a landlord, the reason you don't get many pool tables these days is because they can sometimes attract the "wrong" type of customer. They are often a hotspot for trouble and most places in town are going for the more trendy, laid back, low lighting, olive eating type of crowd...
Good luck my friend, I was a taxi driver for years in Brighton. Hope you have a peaceful one and earn yourself a few quid. Last one I worked I nearly got a bottle over my head, had 2 lads out the doors puking up, a runner (running off without paying) and had to listen to more cr@p than I care to...
I've still got my motorised dish but not much out there these days, the games are mostly encrypted. There was a time you could watch almost anything you wanted, you just needed to download software to your receiver, tap in a few keys, move your dish and away you go. There are still ways of doing...
I turned off add blocker when you did this, it was embarrassing having those adds pop up, kept having to click to something else when the misses walked past :lolol:
83 was the year that got me into the albion, the 2 cup final games was the first time I felt the magic. With the exception of the last few seasons It's been rubbish ever since
Man up you big girls bra strap ! If you ride all winter in the mud, you'll be much fitter and a better rider when it does dry out. Make sure you clean your bike after every ride though, the mud will kill your bike very quickly!!:D
