    The Bad old days.Who remembers?

A bit like the Pompey scenario, I remember Leeds at home at the Goldstone. It was the season Leeds fans went on a bit of a south coast rampage I think. Anyway, Johnny C scores with a header in the last minute to equalise 2-2 and send a packed north stand into delirium. Cue songs from the home...

Anyone been on the Airfrance Airbus A380 on long haul?

Seat pitch (which roughly equates to leg room) is all important here, for me anyway. Air France comes in at a miserly 31" compared to say Air Malaysia with 34". Those 3" can mean a lot! Which ties in with Surrey Jim's post.

Live in Oz - sunshine coast. Last game was v Man City (the penalty win not the ballboy throwing the ball back into the crowd one!) Next games are Dec 28th v Charlton and then New Years Day v Orient and also an emotional drive to Falmer at a date tba - cannot wait!!! Best Albion related thing...

Australians taking defeat well as always

 That bit made me laugh! I always think that when I see it on tv. I don't really get AFL but there again I haven't been brought up on it. The players are superb athletes regardless of any arguments about skill sets. Most people I chat to here (Queensland so hardly a AFL hotbed although...

    Brighton College.

Was at the JS in the late 70's and through to sixth form in the early 80's. Enjoyed it but imagine it has changed a lot. Played rugby for the Old Boys for a few years. Neil Lenham was quite useful with the bat and ball in my time there!!

    Villa fan here in peace!

I think LEGEND Steve Foster signed for Villa from Brighton. There are a few brilliant nostalgic threads around - did any one else use "Stevie" as slang for The Gloucester? Just me then!
