So sorry for your loss, I'm sure he'll be going to a better place with a "massive" smile on his face looking over his shoulder and saying, enjoy your European experience.
I was an Albion+ member when the scheme first started. I thought it would let me get tickets for away games as I don't live in Sussex anymore. Sadly, by the time the season ticket holders buy theirs, and they should have first choice, three thousand tickets don't go far, and I always missed out...
It would be quite exciting if he ended up at Palace. The atmosphere at the matches between us would be at a phenomenal level. He would obviously have to fail miserably there as well though.
Unfortunately, the Big C has decided to visit a few of those I respect and love over the last couple of years. All the very best to you, and I'm looking forward to receiving a copy of your book. (y)
Congratulations Solly, I'm delighted for you. I always felt there was a player in there, it wasn't until you believed it yourself, that you climbed to where you are now. Onwards and upwards.
I was very low before the match too!!
I'm not naiive, I realise our best assets are going to be poached, but the time scale does worry me. our succession plan is going to have to be at a different level to handle the speedy turnover of players.
I'm not a father, but in my opinion, the innocence of children evaporates far too quickly these days. let them find out on their own. it's the part of growing up.
He knows that in a couple of years he'll be out on his ear with a couple of hundred other Tory MP's, so he thought he better trouser a few grand while he can.
I can't believe this thread has nearly reached three pages and no-one has mentioned the seven one defeat at Huddersfield. The home fans were amazed so many of us were still there at the end. I must admit, I don't know why.
As soon as I heard he was talking to Chelsea, I knew he was gone. I did think how fantastic it would have been if he stayed, but then I stopped dreaming. He's the Chelsea Manager now and I d care about him or Chelsea's fortunes.
