We absolutely have got to that stage.

He might be a good player, although his performances for us and his limited game time when he went out on loan would potentially differ, but he isn't the right player for the system. He can pick a pass clearly, but from what I've seen with us, Dortmund and Stuttgart, he doesn't have the mobility/stamina for how I think FH wants to play.
Stropped off from the Syrian national team camp within a week of changing his nationality with FIFA - get the feel he isnt that fussed about playing at all

NNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

we will regret this big time.

At the very least, I would like a call back anytime clause, last season we needed him due to injuries, miles better than Jeremey Sarmiento
Our remaining midfield options are looking a tad flimsy that's for sure.... this is Caicedo/Macalister v2.0... we need a bit more PL experience in there, we learnt that from last season.

I sometimes wonder whether Facundo has benefitted from having an absolutely awesome name… ? if he was called Fred Knight from Doncaster, would his star have been so ascendant… ?

Obviously his game time was enhanced significantly by our injuries last season… his legend propped up even more so by his manager who seemingly had an obsession with saying his name followed by his date of birth… a lot…

He scored some fine goals, but dived lots and would disappear at times too… as for his slightly mythical favoured 10 role… I’m just not sure he’d cut it physically in the mixer as it were…

He’s a bit like Moder… nearly really good, but something is lacking - that could change and a loan is a smart move for all parties.

If he thought Hove was depressing when he arrived, wait till he sees Leicester.
Sure but no-one would on the sort of money he is on would voluntarily live in Leicester. Some lovely wee villages within 20 minutes of Leicester. I think he needs to beef up a bit so a season residing in Melton Mowbray, with unlimited pork pies on offer, would seem to be an ideal loan scenario.

Recalls are only allowed in transfer windows, you can’t have an ‘anytime’ clause.

Great move imo, he needs to be playing at a decent level, and the way our squad is coming together he’s not going to get enough minutes for that development

Meanwhile, a few salty tears being shed about it

I think their fans that are annoyed with it will end up being pleasantly surprised, despite having to bear the SHAME of loaning a player from a MINNOW.

I am with you on this but I guess FH does not rate him higher than the players we end up with in his position when the season starts. Really hope we do have more incomings otherwise we might well regret this imo

Game time at Leicester is better than bench warming or not even in the squad at the Albion. At 19 he has plenty of time

I mean, it REALLY isn't, is it?

Mac Allister and Caicedo were absolutely central to our team - Buonanotte (as yet) is not.

Mac Allister and Caicedo had no adequate replacements in the squad. Buonanotte does.

Mac Allister and Caicedo were sold. Buonanotte is being loaned for a season.

A potentially very, very good player, but the situations are totally different.

I really don't get why NSC has decided Dahoud is useless. I don't remember anybody saying this before he got sent off at home to Sheff Utd and then RDZ suddenly decided he didn't like him anymore. The guy is at the peak age of his career and has played over 100 games for Dortmund, he clearly isn't shit. Have we really got to the stage where a player like that isn't good enough to play for us?
Agree.

But based on what he unfortunately didn’t show in his limited appearances, he isn’t good enough for us. (IMO).

With more games who knows, but presumably he’s not showing enough in training or when he went on loan.
