It's a fine line. You don't want to give the EDL what they want, which is all out war. A lot of people were worried that battles on the streets would play into their hands.

Someone gave me an analogy of a large tree where it was being overcrowded with more birds (which I took as them meaning immigrants). I also need to admit that I thought it prudent to stay at home this evening (I could easily have gone to the anti anti protest in Bristol). But tonight has served as a great example for potential future “events”…,although hopefully not necessary.
