I suppose that depends how the rest of the squad feel about him. If they think he's not pulling his weight, they won't mind and it's a powerful message to anyone that's slacking.

Polite request, can we not start any sort of habit of referring to him as ‘Zerbi’ on here please - it simply doesn’t feel right.
