I think it's more down to the tone of his tweets - they always come across to me as very self-important and delighted to be bursting everyone's bubble.

I wonder if he's always been such a self-important arse, or whether he's really had to work at it.

It is silly how Naylor tries to make out that he's so much more ITK than those on here. I appreciate he has a paper to sell, but trying to get one over a forum isn't going to help with that. The only real problem I have with him though, is that he's not very good. I don't think much of his analysis or his transfer predictions.
