Given that he was playing for the opposition, the reception when he came on was a bit OTT, I thought.

Still, first time he's heard "Zamora! Zamora!" at Upton Park, I'd imagine.

How shit are their fans?!?

did he wave or anything?

When he warmed-up at half-time, yes.

Not when he came on though, obviously.

We sung "We love Bobby more than you" to the West Ham fans which was WELL GAY, frankly.

Agreed. That was wank.
He gave us a clap at the end. He couldn't do a lot more really, given we had just stuffed em. Marvellous scenes.

We gave Sir Bob a fantastic and deserved reception today, and he'll know exactly what he and his 83 goals meant to us. He applauded us after the game and was the last West Ham player to leave the pitch.

did it hurt top physically see him in an opposition shirt. whenever i see pics/footage of him scoring for us i still feel upset he left(sad i know)....but obviously we have now dug out a new future prospect in claridge so its all good!

erm, to be fair he did DELIBERATELY miss at the end of the game. he could have scored but managed to put it out for a throw-in. good lad.
