If teams are sniffing around Mitoma, then we’re probably testing the waters and sounding out 3 or 4 wingers but agree it would seem the least likely position to sign right now. A Trossard type who’s equally comfortable up front, dropping deep like Kane as one of the front two in our current system, but also high and wide could tempt us but only if we have written off a couple of the prospects we have on the books already.

Well, that article suggests that Arsenal are interested in Mitoma (that seems weird to me, Arsenal already have Martinelli and Trossard in that position), so we'd want to replace him.

I'm sure it's right that teams are interested in Mitoma, but we may already have his replacement in the squad. And I agree with everyone else, we're highly unlikely to sign a homophobe
