Digressing completely, harry Wilson’s tackle , how’s the skiing, the hotel, weather and have you skied the pisted link to Zurs?

Hi Westy. So far so good. The knee support that a kind fellow-NSCer recommended works a treat. But... boy am I unfit. I havent lasted past 1.30 on any day yet, with the legs going, and bunked off completely yesterday with back pain. The pool, as you noted, is always empty, so I have been having an afternoon swim and spot of saunerating. Nice.

Because I am timid, I have stuck to the big wide blues at the top of the first lift, although I did accidentally ski a red and black at 10.15 on the first morning  Fortunately it was very different from the black I fell down at Courcheval a few years ago...

Unfortunately I have also spent hours online today dealing with work crap (one for the bellcheeses thread...).

The weather has been amazing, mostly blue skies and sun, and it feels a lot warmer than Faversham did when I left. It's probably the lack of damp.

Hope all's well with you, and finders crossed that I survive the rest of the week.

You’re not alone there. I made the fatal mistake of going semi-unfit and after putting on some weight in Nov/Dec. Paying the price skiing with thigh burn (anaerobic, lactic acid) and knees discomfort. I’ll definitely go fitter and lighter next time.

Have you got a meal out booked for the hotel’s staff night out, Thursday?

Thigh burn. That's what did me on the first 2 days. Bloody lactic acid...

Staff bunk off was last night. I walked up the hill and wandered into an expensive hotel, and they cooked me a nice meal. I was the only customer as it was dead early. The watresses wore a sort of dirndl schleife which was a tad distracting.

Off to dins now. :O

We couldn’t get a place at the historic Hospiz Alm, so at the Italian in the modern Ski Academy by your nearest lift.

So missed out on the attractive Lederhosen wearing waitresses

Zaha will go, but not till the end of the season.

If Chelsea really want him, I’m sure they’d get him. Surely there are enough Chelsea ‘squad’ players you Palace lot would fancy to sweeten the deal on permanents or loans? Do you not think SEGW was promised ‘January’ to get him playing for your mob again after his summer of anguish?

A CPFC2010 follower having the NERVE to question any other clubs financial activity is absolutely unreal. You hypocritical bell end postcode boy. Honestly never met a fan base with quite so many jumped up little hypocrites who don’t know their history than CPFC2010. Utter shambles of a club. Why do we just attract the bellends on here who will fight anything CPFC2010 related?! Even FACTS!? I remember they were even trying to say Zaha isn’t a proven diver. I’ve seen multiple posts from our fans, including me, criticising our players for diving. Knight, Murray, Knocky, Alzate earlier this season - yet they can’t seem to ever admit fault or blame.

Always the victims - it’s never your fault.

I for one wish I’d never been kind enough to sign that petition in 2010 to save that shambles - was way too nice. If I’d realised the next generation of utter hypocritical bellends that would appear and argue against facts I wouldn’t have done.

Vile excuse of a football club with complete deluded bellends for followers.

Blimey. Are you sure your meds are the right prescription? Seems a tad over-aggressive.

Well said, Sheebo.

Super negotiator Beaky has proper boxed himself into a corner. Dibley's agent switch shows how much he wants out. Beaky putting on the silly price tag is only going to piss Dibley off. Its gonna be a fun watch. He's gonna cry in a minute and no mistake.

Nothing wrong with a good old fashioned rant.

However your comment is a bit dick head ish especially when the last game kicked off at 15-01 - poor form.

It’s nice to have a decent conversation with someone on here without the normal insults.

If you didn't spout the usual Palace fan line of Bloom's money sorted you out and Albion have huge debts you'd probably have had a decent conversation. Like you claimed it was £35m in the red and several people pointed out, politely, that was actually Palace's debt and the Albion's was less but you conveniently ignored that. Lots of opportunities for a decent conversation if you don't come out with nonsense and sidestep anything inconvenient (which seems to a speciality of the few Palace fans on here).

You do realise that Pikey is a racist term ?

You’re a homophobe and I found your use of the term pikey in this context racist too. :ban: ?

Nailed it. Swerves/ignores every single post and point that completely shreds his puerile gibberish, and just comes back later on with some randomly vague, ill-considered whataboutery.

Classic GOONSQUAD. Absolutely textbook.
