I genuinely cannot see him going for £30m when Ben White's current 'market valuation' is just shy of £50m with only 1 season of the premier league under his belt.

However, I can see this transfer going through as Bissouma suits Guardiola's style. £40m + £10m extra addons is what I'm willing to guess as our current valuation.
