It's a great stadium for them to play in. We went with some American students back in 2002 and did the Old Trafford tour (the museum is worth a visit on it's own)
The guide told us that even the reserves don't get a chance to play on that pitch.

I found OT and the museum to be something of a disappointment when I visited in 2004. Nothing in comparison to the Camp Nou tour and museum IMO.

I've never had the opportunity to compare it elsewhere so my expectations were probably not that high.

Ive visited both Old Trafford and the Nou Camp and as far as the stadium and the museum are concerned Barcelona wins hands down but still, what an experience for our lads to actually play at Old Trafford.

I went to Ewood Park and St James Park a couple of seasons ago to watch some of our current first team so will be interesting to see how the next batch measure up at one of the most famous stadiums in the world. Nearly as famous as Withdean
